Hotel reservations.
The conference headquarters hotel is the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, 11501 Gaylord Trail in Grapevine, Texas. TAA’s special conference rates: $179 single/double/ triple/quad. Rooms at the Gaylord Texan are almost sold out. For reservation information, call the hotel directly at 866/782-7897. Make sure you tell them you are with TAA to secure the conference rate.

Reservations can also be made at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine for $179 single/double plus $10 for each additional guest, up to four per room. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the DFW Airport and TAA's Education Conference from the Hyatt Place. Call 972/691-1199 ext. 1 for reservations and ask for the TAA block.

Reservations must be made by April 3 to qualify for these special discounted rates. In order to confirm your room, a first night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival, will be required. To avoid an early check-out fee, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in plans. If you need a room with wheelchair access or other special needs, specify that when you make your reservation.
