Required deposit with contract: $200 per booth, $400 for all bulk spaces. All booths must be paid in full by January 31, 2008. After January 31, 2008, you must pay in full to reserve a booth.

Booth deposits

• A deposit is typically required to reserve your booth.
• Because the Expo is officially sold out, you must pay in full for booths when contracts are submitted. Space is confirmed when booths become available and payment is processed at that time.

Cancellation

• Cancellations received after January 31, 2008 forfeit the full amount of the purchased space.
